Chris Ziegenhagel is the founder of Building Concepts and brings over 30 years of experience in residential construction. As a skilled general contractor, he leads projects from start to finish with expert knowledge of every phase of the building process. He founded the company to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit, create more flexibility for family life, and help clients bring their vision to life. What he enjoys most is turning ideas into finished spaces that improve the way families live. Chris is known for his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. When he’s not working, he enjoys being a dad, camping and exploring the outdoors.

CO-OWNER + BRANDING, DESIGN & MARKETING
Meredith Ziegenhagel brings creative direction and strategic insight to Building Concepts. With a background in design, marketing, and real estate, she studied Design Management at the Art Institute of Portland and has worked as a Realtor and marketing specialist in the mortgage lending industry. At Building Concepts, she leads branding, design, and marketing—ensuring every project reflects the company’s vision and values. Meredith loves seeing a project come to life and watching clients light up at the final result. Outside of work, she enjoys being a mom, camping, and teaching a monthly parent-child art class called "Creative Cubs" through Noblesville Creates.
